The client “AM Furnitūra” handled a large part of their product orders and configuration using the capabilities of the Excel program. However, as the customer base expanded and products and their configuration needs changed rapidly, this process became increasingly difficult to manage. Since the client was already using the imos CAD/CAM system, it was decided to migrate the product configuration and sales process to the online environment with the imos iX NET platform, thereby maintaining excellent integration with their existing digital solutions and unifying everything into a single ecosystem.
Product configuration and the entire sales process are now managed in a specialized online platform. Thanks to these changes, the “AM Furnitūra” ordering system is gaining increasing trust among its customers. This is evidenced by the continuously growing number of system users. From now on, the process is much more efficient and fully controlled!
