Quotations and Orders
This module allows you to quickly and conveniently create quotations by entering products or parts (or selecting them from the catalog). The software automatically calculates prices, the quantities of required materials, and the cutting schemes. Once a quotation is accepted, you can easily create orders, which can be sent to production simultaneously or in parts. Furthermore, you can save materials by creating a shared cutting scheme for multiple orders.
Products and Parts
Each quotation or order can include an unlimited number of products. Each product can consist of an unlimited number of parts, and each part can have multiple operations and materials (e.g., multilayer boards with different edge bands and accessories – handles, hinges, etc.). Dimensions, operations, and materials can also be entered as product parameters, so changing a parameter automatically changes all corresponding parts.
Cutting Schemes
OPTIMIK offers a fast and effective calculation of optimized cutting schemes for all panel and strip materials. The user can influence the calculation by setting various parameters (e.g., saw thickness, trimming, cutting method, priorities, etc.) and specifying the source material.
Production
Selected parts from one or more orders are registered in a joint production batch. Here you can monitor its status (whether it is being prepared for production, is in production, or is already finished) and automatically reserve or issue all necessary materials from the warehouse.
DOCUMENTS
The module allows you to manage received and issued invoices, advance invoices, receipts, expenses, orders, delivery notes, and provides the option to define your own document types. You can create an unlimited number of documents of any type, including categories, items, and sub-sections. Documents can be linked to the warehouse, so they can automatically change or reserve stock.
PAYMENTS
Simple registration of income and expenses. Although this is not a full accounting system, it will help you, for example, monitor invoice payments or material expenses. Small artisans can also use this as simplified tax accounting for their income and expenses.
PRODUCT CATALOGUE
You can register your product range in the catalogue and easily copy them into every new quotation or order. Of course, you can change the material, dimensions, or other parameters, which automatically provides a multitude of other variants for each product.
WAREHOUSE
Clearly register all materials and goods in the warehouse. Each warehouse item can also have multiple “sub-warehouses” (e.g., for panel and strip materials, these will be multiple formats), and for each of them, you can have additional information, such as storage location, expiration date, or individual price and quantity.
BUSINESS PARTNERS
Your clients, suppliers, and contractors in one place. A clearly structured list of your business partners with a historical overview of their contact details and the ability to filter by multiple criteria.
