Parametric configurator: construction that keeps to the rules
The smart configurator applies your rules and dependencies: panel thicknesses, edging scenarios, drilling diameters/depths, dados and grooves, hardware positions and clearance limits. When dimensions or material change, the system recalculates parts, drillings, milling contours and fitting positions — no manual fixes.
Example. Change a cabinet width from 600 mm to 450 mm and the system automatically:
• selects the correct runner nominal;
• recalculates drilling coordinates;
• updates the edgebanding plan;
• checks reveals so fronts don’t collide.
Wood Technology Board — intelligent boards and parts

WT Board is more than geometry. Each part carries behaviour: edge definitions, edge type and thickness, overhang logic, safe tool approaches, minimum distances, plus automatic pockets and grooves with variable depths.
Example. Switching panel thickness 16 → 18 mm automatically:
• adjusts groove depth;
• shifts fastener positions;
• verifies safe access for the milling tool.
Technology modules
Pick hardware by real criteria: carcase dimensions, front height/weight, load class and opening kinematics. The system compiles a full kit with manufacturer codes and fasteners, and applies drilling templates (offsets, diameters, depths, symmetry, runner-axis heights). As sizes change, coordinates update and reveals/collisions are checked against dividers or drawer sides.
Libraries hold real decors and thickness ranges, grain directions and sheet formats. Change a decor or thickness and parts recalc automatically; edging plans and nesting rules (orientation, yield targets) update so BOM and purchasing stay aligned.
Edgebanding is rule-driven: ABS/PP types, thicknesses and when/where to apply by part role. Switching panel thickness or front type updates nominal sizes, adjusts overhangs and keeps the cutting/edgebanding sequence technologically correct.
Confirmats, dowels, minifix, Lamello and more — placed by component type (side, bottom, partition) with the right C/L offsets, diameters and depths. Left/right variants mirror automatically, and potential collisions with hinge or runner zones are checked before generating machining data.
From standard C-C handles to Gola profiles or milled finger pulls (including push-to-open scenarios), the module applies the correct drilling/milling pattern and validates clearances with adjacent fronts and drawer travel.

Selections by real mounting criteria
Drawer systems (MERIVOBOX, LEGRABOX, TANDEMBOX), hinges (CLIP top BLUMOTION, MODUL) and lift systems (AVENTOS HS/HL/HK/HK-S/HK-XS) are chosen by nominal length, useful depth, load class, front weight/height and kinematics; the system outputs a complete kit with codes and fixing elements.
Automated drilling & positions
Once components are selected, drilling templates (offsets, diameters, depths, symmetry, runner-axis heights) are applied automatically; changing width/height recalculates coordinates.
Compensation & collision checks
The system validates reveals, gaps, opening angles and intersections with partitions or drawer sides; when thicknesses or handle types change, distances are adjusted to keep assembly smooth.

BOM (CSV/XML). Detailed lists of parts, materials, edges, hardware and operations with quantities for costing and purchasing.
Cutting cards & nesting. Cutting plans for the saw with a logical sequence; nesting lays out parts by grain direction and decor continuity, reporting waste % and real sheet demand.
Labels & traceability. Each part gets a label with project name, part ID, orientation, edges and QR/barcode. On the shop floor, scanning a label at the saw or CNC calls the correct program — fewer errors, faster throughput.
